From nice guy to grounded man.
A 3-month, in-person journey through breathwork, bodywork and honest guidance, for men ready to set boundaries, ask for help and live with calm, clarity and purpose.
In person in Mattersburg & Vienna.
Does this sound like you?
You say yes when you mean no, then quietly resent it.
Your relationship comes first. Your purpose comes… someday.
You carry everything alone. Asking for help feels like failing.
When things get hard, you pull away and disappear into yourself.
You try to stay calm, until you snap, control, or sulk.
You numb out with your phone, porn, alcohol, work, or the relationship itself.
Your body is tense, your sleep is poor and your mind won't switch off.
Your health, finances and daily life lack order, and you know it.
If you nodded more than twice, you're not broken. You learned to survive by being "good". Now it's time to learn to live.
The nice guy isn't kind. He's afraid.
Afraid of conflict, of being left, of not being enough. These patterns weren't chosen. They were learned early, to stay safe, and they live in your body: in a tight jaw, a held breath, a nervous system always on alert.
That's why talking alone rarely changes them. In this work we go where the pattern lives. We combine breath, body and honest conversation so change happens from the inside out, and lasts.

I was that man.
As a boy I was painfully shy and afraid. My father was strict and loving in his own way, but mostly absent, always working or away climbing. My mother raised us while carrying deep pain of her own. Without anyone meaning to, I learned two things: love has to be earned, and it was my job to keep her emotions calm. A child, regulating an adult.
I carried that into every relationship. I pleased, I gave, I never said no. From fourteen I smoked weed almost every day and drifted without direction.
At 31, my father died in a climbing accident. My sister and I went into the Pyrenees to find his body. I felt my whole body turn rigid. I tried to take his place and lead the family, but I wasn't ready, and nobody was ready to follow me. So I ran. Thailand, diving every day, drugs every day, sex without meaning. I felt completely empty.
Then I met the mother of my children. Ten years, two kids, a beautiful house with a garden, a pool and a dog. On paper, everything. Inside, nothing. I was hooked on weed and porn, disconnected from her and from myself. Because I paid for everything, I believed I had the right to demand: attention, admiration, intimacy. I was critical and controlling. The nice guy and the controlling man were the same man.
The turning point was the inner work: Primal Process, meditation, breathwork, tantra. For the first time I came back into my body and saw clearly what had to change. I trained in breathwork, then in bodywork, my lifelong passion. And I made the hardest decisions of my life: I left the relationship and my job, became self-employed and started doing the work I do today.
Today I'm a father of two, living with a calm and clarity I never thought possible. I began with single sessions. Now I want to go deeper, walking alongside men for longer, because real change takes time and commitment.
I don't teach this from a book. I lived it. And I'll keep learning, training and working on myself for the rest of my life.
