Psychosomatic Rebalancing & Myofascial Bodywork

A trauma-informed, consent-based bodywork approach that supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and reconnection with the body.

This is not a massage. It’s a therapeutic process guided by the body’s signals.

THIS BODYWORK MAY SUPPORT YOU IF…

  • You experience chronic pain, tension or discomfort without a clear physical cause

  • You feel stress or emotions held in your body (jaw, neck, chest, belly, shoulders, pelvis)

  • You feel disconnected from your body or have difficulty relaxing

  • You’ve tried massage or talk therapy and feel something deeper is needed

  • You want a safe, non-invasive way to work with the body and nervous system

ABOUT THIS BODYWORK

This work is grounded in psychosomatic understanding and nervous system regulation. Rather than focusing on techniques alone, we listen to how your body responds in the moment.

It is not a massage aimed at relaxation or performance. It is a therapeutic process that supports awareness, regulation, and integration.

Touch is always consent-based, adapted to your boundaries, and guided by what your system can receive. When practiced in a safe, respectful, and consensual space, deep tissue bodywork can offer a positive experience that promotes a sense of safety and trust, supporting the reconnection with bodily presence and well-being.

HOW A BODYWORK SESSION WORKS

1. Arrival and orientation
We begin by checking in and orienting to safety, boundaries and intention.

2. Therapeutic bodywork
Through slow, attuned touch, we work with areas of tension, numbness or holding (always following your body’s signals).
You are always welcome to slow down, pause or stop at any moment.

3. Integration
The session closes with grounding and integration, allowing the nervous system to settle.

A note on continuity

Bodywork works with patterns that often developed over time.
For this reason, many people experience deeper and more sustainable change through a series of sessions.

You’re always welcome to start with one session and listen together to what feels supportive moving forward.
