Trauma-Informed Biodynamic Breathwork

Structured Nervous System Regulation through Breath

Breathwork is a structured, body-based practice designed to support nervous system regulation and emotional integration.

Through guided, connected breathing, we work with the autonomic nervous system — helping shift from chronic stress activation toward greater stability, resilience, and presence.

This is not about forcing emotional release.
It is about creating the conditions for safety, regulation, and sustainable integration.

This work may support you if…

• You experience ongoing stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm
• You notice stress-related pain or physical tension in the body
• You want to strengthen your capacity for regulation and grounding
• You are looking for a structured, body-based approach rather than analysis alone
• You feel ready to work with breath in a safe and professionally held space

How a Session Works

Each 90 minute session follows a clear and contained structure.

We begin by orienting to your current state and establishing safety. You are always welcome to slow down, pause or stop at any moment.

The breathwork phase uses a guided, connected breathing rhythm combined with gentle somatic awareness. Depending on your capacity and needs, elements such as movement, touch (in-person), or sound are integrated in a measured and respectful way.

The intention is not intensity, it is regulation.

After the active breathing phase, we allow time for integration. This is where the nervous system consolidates learning and shifts toward greater balance.

There is optional space to reflect verbally at the end.

Safety is not assumed in this work. It is built.

A Note on Continuity

The nervous system learns through repetition, safety, and trust.

While a single session can be valuable, many clients experience more stable and sustainable shifts through a short, structured series.

We always begin with one session and decide together what feels appropriate moving forward.

In-person biodynamic breathwork and trauma release session

90 minute private sessions in Marz, Austria.
A contained and confidential space for focused nervous system work.

  • Our session begins with a warm drink, creating a moment of calm and connection. From there, we'll take a moment to tune into your present experience, sensing and describing what is happening in your body.

I will guide you on an inner journey to meet the various parts of yourself with compassion and presence. Through a combination of breath, movement, touch, sound, emotional expression and meditation, we will explore the body for any blockages in the form of emotional or physical pain, tension or numbness. When we feel safe and supported, the body begins to open, allowing us to release and restore the natural flow of life energy.

After a few rounds of deep, connected breathing, we will move into a gentle integration phase, where you can sink into your body and observe what is present.

At the end of the session, I will invite you to slowly return to full awareness. There will be space for you to share, if you wish, about your experience.

    • Single session 110€
